During the Entreprendre 2012 fair, mobile token will present the integration achieved between its standard software, aidoo mobile, and Sage’s CIEL Gestion Commerciale software, which is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses looking to manage their activities from A to Z: customers, providers, sales, purchases, stocks, etc.
aidoo mobile, the standard Reporting and Control solution with field features offers a set of modules for planning and dispatching assignments, reporting features (working hours, photos, checklists, forms, pieces and activities, customer signatures…) and control, namely through the geolocation of staff members and vehicles. aidoo mobile can already be easily integrated into most ERP and CRM used in the market through the use of web services.
Emixis goes even further still, offering standard connections with certain successful packages such as CIEL Gestion Commerciale.
More precisely, this integration allows any user of the CIEL Gestion Commerciale software to benefit from a simplified importing of customer lists into aidoo mobile. From that moment on, the standard features of aidoo mobile can be accessed using the CIEL customer database, allowing sales representatives or technicians from the Company to use their smartphones as tools for reporting their activities.
